Shipping information

What we work on is always the best service for you, and that fits into our shipping policies as well.

-We aim at delivering fast. The goods will generally arrive at your home within a week, wherever you are in Australia (it might takes longer if there is a peak hour of traffic or some national events);

-The safety of delivery is our most important principle. We pack our products with care and caution;

-The average charge of delivery fee is 20 dollars; -Once the goods you purchase is over 200 dollars, you will enjoy a free shipping.

Note:

-An email of confirmation will be sent right after your purchase with information including tracking code;

-Please specify your home address and postal address, and please ensure someone is at home during business hours. If it is not received at the day of delivery, it will be sent to the nearby locations for pickup, and a card will be left;

-Our time for delivery is between 8:30am – 4:30pm.

Return, exchange and cancellation policies

Return policies When you are applying for refund, please note:

-Shipping cost cannot be refunded, and the return posting fee will be afforded by buyers;

-If the request for return and exchange is made after 7 days of purchasing, it will not be accepted;

-A receipt of purchase must be sent, and the goods must be returned to their original condition (for both goods themselves and their packages);

-No refund will be made without proper reasons (that means you can’t get refund if you just don’t like what you buy).

Exchange

-Contact is required within 7 days of purchase to let us know the decision of exchange;

-Just like refund policy, he goods must be returned to their original condition;

Cancellation

-Please let us know 24 hours after you place the order;

-If the order has been already processed, an additional $10 administration fee will be charged;
